ELBA MUNICIPAL COURT
Welcome to the Elba Municipal Court web page. The Internet provides our Court with an additional method to communicate with you and to provide information about the Court and the Magistrate’s Office and their operations.
We are committed to providing efficient, friendly service and improving the delivery of Court services. Please take a few moments to tour our page. We are interested in your comments or suggestions for improvement. We hope you will find this site to be both educational and helpful. We welcome this opportunity to make part of the judicial branch of your City government more open and accessible to you.
It is also very important to BE ON TIME for a Court appearance. Be sure to allow AMPLE time for traffic, parking and security screening when you arrive. You must be present in the courtroom when the docket is called. A warrant will be issued if you fail to answer when your name is called.
If you are a witness on a case, your presence is necessary for a trial to go forward. If a witness is not present in the Courtroom, a case is subject to dismissal or reschedule. Remember that all persons are subject to search.
Municipal Court is held every 2nd Tuesday of each month.
The Elba Municipal Court does not accept personal or company checks. Online payments may be made at www.PayElba.com
